Communication Process

FDSC believes clear and concise communication play a very vital role in success of outsourced projects. Due to the nature of the business model, its sometimes get very tricky to assimilate all project knowledge or communicate about issues, status etc die to disparate nature of the team and client. We have spent huge amounts to create systems or service, to minimize and eliminate such communicate gaps; Thereby building a solid delivery model for current needs, future Technical support and project needs.

To facilitate effective communication FDSC does following:

  • Sets Expectations upfront
  • Weekly Phone Conference Calls to set up weekly goals, review progress, resolve issues, update stakeholders.
  • Utilization of E-tools for effective communication – Messengers, VoIP etc.
  • Showcasing intermittent Deliveries.
  • Access to FDSC’s Action Tracker: Action Tracker is an integrated bug and issue tracking system. It also provides immediate email notification when an Item is posted to all required stakeholders.
