Rakesh is the founder and President/MD of FDSC. He started is career way back in 1988 with the flagship company of the Fairdeal Group FDPC. He being an electronics engineer had passion for Information Technology and when internet was at its infancy in India.
Rakesh was amongst the first hundreds to go in for an internet connection. Recognizing the power of Internet he started Zenexpress Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and soon afterwards FDSC. He is now a PMP, Certified Project Manager and is working towards taking FDSC to new heights.

Hari is VP- PMO Solutions at FDSC. He has over 16+ years of cross-functional experience in IT Delivery organization, 12 years in Project Management, 4+ years as Delivery head/ Program manager. He is an MCA, MBA (Operations), Post Graduate Diploma in Finance & MCITP, PMP Certified.
Experienced in domains like Stock Broking, Banking, Accounting, Mutual Fund, Cargo, NGO, Staffing, LBS, DMS, Industrial Cleaning and Insurance, 8+ years in BFSI domain. Established Thought Leader & Practice Professional in implementing CMMI (1.1, 1.2), ISO9001:2000 initiative rollout in organization for process improvement, sound understanding of ITIL and ISO-20000, ISMS/ ISO-27001. |

Pooja is a Co-Founder and Vice President (Web Solutions) at FDSC. She started her career in 1994. She has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and has spearheaded several complex projects with special emphasis on Software Architecture, Object Oriented Analysis & Design.
Pooja was a Key player in development of ISO 9001:2000 procedures for the company and is a certified Internal Auditor. Pooja provides the necessary direction in building Project Scope (budget, timelines and delivery schedules), Customer Relationships, Design Improvements and creating and implementing several training programs for employees.
